Privacy Policy

Effective November 4, 2026

Who we are

This policy explains how D2M Car Wash ("we", "us") handles information you share through this website, by phone, by text message or by email.

Information we collect

When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job and details about what you need. Our web host also records basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) needed to deliver and secure the site.

How we use your information

We use it to answer your request, give estimates, schedule and carry out work, send invoices and follow up on the job. If you opt in, we may also send occasional offers. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (for example our customer-management and messaging software), when the law requires it, or with your consent.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us.

SMS / Text Messaging and Your Consent

How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from D2M Car Wash when you give us your mobile number and ask us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (919) 288-8350. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

What we send. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. If you separately ticked the box consenting to marketing messages, we may also send occasional promotional offers, seasonal reminders, and news about our services. You can opt out of either kind at any time.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How you opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to (919) 288-8350. We will send one confirmation and then stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or use the contact details at the end of this policy. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile Information and Information Sharing

This section applies to the mobile number and text-messaging consent described above.

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to (919) 288-8350, and reply HELP for help. Our full text messaging terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website uses cookies and similar technologies — small files stored by your browser — to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. We may use:

Essential cookies, required for the site to load and function.
Analytics cookies, which tell us in aggregate which pages are visited and how people reach us.
Advertising and conversion tags, which let us measure whether an ad led to an inquiry.

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you block them entirely. Doing so may stop parts of this site from working. Your browser may also offer a "Do Not Track" setting; because there is no common standard for how sites should respond to it, we do not currently respond to those signals.

How We Share Information

We share your information only as needed to run our business, and never in exchange for money:

With service providers who work on our behalf — for example our website host, our customer messaging and scheduling platform, and our payment processor — who may only use it to provide that service to us.
With subcontractors or technicians assigned to your job, limited to what they need to complete the work.
When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, and meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified. Text messaging consent records are kept for as long as you remain opted in, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can show that consent was given and later withdrawn.

Your Rights and Choices

You control the information you share with us. At any time you may:

Unsubscribe from text messages — reply STOP to (919) 288-8350 and we will stop texting that number.
Unsubscribe from email — use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us.
Access the personal information we hold about you.
Update or correct anything that is out of date or wrong.
Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
Object to or restrict how we use it, and ask us not to sell or share it — we do not sell personal information.

To make any of these requests, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and we will respond within the time the law allows. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law, and we will honor them.

Children's Privacy

This website and our services are intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to submit your information or consent to receive text messages from us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If we make a material change to how we handle your information, we will make that clear on this page.
